Rewards & Referrals

Tap the green "Dark Cottage Rewards" bar at the bottom of your screen and click the Join Now button. If you already have a Dark Cottage shop account, sign up with the same email you use for your Dark Cottage account. 

You earn points by shopping while logged in to your Dark Cottage account. Every $1 spent adds 1 point to your points balance.

You can also earn points by: 

• Signing up for Dark Cottage Rewards (25 points)
• Referring a friend that places an order using your referral link (300 points)

When you're signed in, click the green Dark Cottage Rewards bar to see your current points balance. 

If you have enough points for a reward, a discount offer will appear in the menu.  Click "Get Reward" and then "Redeem". A coupon code is automatically added to your cart and copied to your clipboard. The code is also sent to your email, just in case you aren't ready to checkout right away. 

You send a friend your referral link, and your friend will get a $10 off code to shop with. After they checkout, 300 points (equal to $15 off) will be automatically added to your points balance. This is called a "successful referral". 

In order for the referral to be successful, your friend must be a new customer that hasn't shopped with us before, and place an order of $50 or more.

If they are not a new customer, place an order less than $50, and/or don't use your referral link, the points will not be added to your Rewards balance and their discount code will not work. 

You can find your unique Referral link at the top of this Rewards & Referrals page. (You must be signed in to see the link.)

Points should show up in your Rewards menu almost immediately after checkout. 

Points expire after 1 year, from the date that the points were earned.

If you make a return, the store credit or refund amount is automatically deducted from your points balance. If you are making an exchange, your points remain the same.

The Dark Cottage Rewards Program started the evening of July 28th, 2026 and we are honoring points for orders placed within 30 days prior to the program. 

Orders placed before June 28th, 2026 are not eligible for retroactive points. 

If you ordered between June 28th, 2026 and July 28th, 2026, your points have already been linked to your email. Your points are available to use once you sign up/log in to Dark Cottage Rewards.
